Surface must be clean and dry, and in sound condition. Remove all oil, dust, dirt, loose rust, and other foreign matter to ensure adequate adhesion. Do not use hydrocarbon solvents such as regular paint thinner for cleaning since these may leave an incompatible residue which will reduce adhesion. Power washing to remove dirt and excessive chalking is preferred.
Mix well in can or pail to ensure homogeneity before application.
1) Use a brush or roller to apply from a tray for a coverage rate of about 100 sq.ft. per gallon.
